Two guys and a pizza place restaurant
Usually when I have a bad encounter with a restaurant and their delivery service, I let it go. Then I had an extraordinarily bad experience and do not want anyone else to experience it. So I am blogging it.
I was in Lethbridge on my way home to Regina from Waterton Park. Every second year we travel to pick medicines around the Chief Mountain area. Since we were gone for a while, we stopped in Lethbridge to relax up before heading home. Everyone else went out to eat but I stayed to order from my room.
I ordered ravioli and a ceasar salad from "Two guys and a pizza place." It was quite expensive, but that is to be expected nowadays. But then the delivery occurred, without silverware or napkins, to the HOTEL room. When I seen that their was no cutlery, I phoned back and they said that they do not send cutlery unless asked for. I asked why would any hotel occupant HAVE TO ASK for it when their address shows that they do not have access to a kitchen. I did not even open the food at that point.
They said they would send cutlery. I opened the food then and was disappointed to see the ravioli dry with very little sauce, yet I had ordered it with their "specialty" sauce. I opened the ceasar salad to find it dry with a package of ceasar salad dressing on top, just like at a cafeteria, which usually has lower prices. I picked up the phone again and they told me that that is how ceasar salad always has been delivered (I never experienced it in all my extensive travels to 5 different provinces and 3 states). They refused to answer my question about the dryness of their pasta.
Needless to say, I was starving and finally the cutlery arrived. With only a single order, they sent me cutlery for 8 people!!! Add insult to injury. This is when I realized that this customer service needs to be transparent before someone else gets disrespected and ripped off.
I have included photos to show the appearance and cost of this horrible experience.
